Guidelines for Participation in Joint School Activities (for all school teams and clubs, etc.)

 

Procedures

  1. Proposal forms, endorsed by Teacher Advisor(s), can be obtained from either the SAO or the ECA Coordinator.
  2. The proposal form is to be submitted to the ECA Coordinator for approval before obtaining approval from the Vice Principal of the Steering Committee and the Principal.
  3. The proposal must then be sent to all the organising schools and/or participating schools for their Principals’ approval before the activity can be confirmed. These procedures are deemed necessary to avoid complications and abuses.

 

 

Guidelines

  1. Participants should get permission and support from their Teacher Advisors.
  2. Teacher Advisors should normally be present at committee meetings and give advice whenever necessary.
  3. Teacher Advisors need to check budgets and accounting procedures.
  4. Evaluation Report
    1. Participants are required to submit an Assessment Proforma within 2 weeks upon completion of activity.
    2. Treasurers are required to submit a detailed finance report. Any expenditure must be accompanied by receipts.
    3. The Assessment Profoma can be obtained from either the SAO or the ECA Coordinator.
    4. All reports, endorsed by Teacher Advisor(s) are to be given to the ECA Coordinator.
