Recommendation Letters
- Procedures for applying for a letter of recommendation:
- Parents are to write directly to the Principal (email: [email protected]) with students’ full name as registered with the school, class, class number and the purpose of the request.
- A CR Form will be sent to parents upon approval of the request by the Principal.
- Completed form, photocopies of relevant certificates and report cards are to be returned to the Careers Centre.
- Normally five working days should be allowed for processing upon receipt of all required documents.
- Letters of Recommendation will only be issued to students who have completed at least one full year of study in the College.
- The College will only issue one letter of recommendation to each student in an academic year.
- F.6 students who apply for UCAS are recommended to find a teacher who knows him best as his academic referee. In normal circumstances, the Principal will not act as an academic referee.
Transcripts & Statements of Predicted Grades
- Parents are to write directly to the Principal (email: [email protected]) with students’ full name as registered with the school, class, class number and the purpose of request.
- The College will only issue one transcript and one statement of predicted grades to each student in an academic year.
- Normally three working days should be allowed for processing upon approval from the Principal.
- Students who apply to more than one institution, will have to send certified true copies of the original transcript.
Others
- F.1 students who apply for overseas schools before the end of academic year will ONLY be issued a School Attendance Certificate Letter.
- To certify photocopies, original documents are to be presented to the Careers Centre. A maximum of 10 copies for each document will be handled.
- If the College is to send certified copies to an overseas institution, the mailing address and instructions are to be specified clearly in the request.
- The College will not be responsible for supervision of any entrance examination to an overseas school or university except under very special circumstances approved by the Principal.

A document stating a student has completed the school requirements for F.6, issued to eligible F.6 students only. |

A document showing the predicted HKDSE grades of a student. Issued to F.6 students only. |
