Our F. 5 students visited the Environmental Education Centre in T-Park and have experienced the culture of recycling / upcycling and the benefits of “waste-to-energy”. They were inspired by the advanced technologies such as sludge incineration, power generation, seawater desalination and wastewater treatment used in the self-sufficient complex.
This activity aroused students’ concerns for safeguarding the limited reserve and students would develop a sense of responsibility for the sustainable development of our society.
