We are thrilled to share that Lukas Cheng (3A) has successfully completed the 2-year Junior Chief Executive (JCE) program organized by the Boys and Girls Clubs Association of Hong Kong. The JCE program aims to explore and develop child-friendly living environments while also listening to and incorporating children’s voices and suggestions. In their policy address, the JCEs proposed increased support for dyslexic students, Life & Career Planning, and Sex Education starting from junior primary school. Suggestions from previous JCE cohorts have been incorporated into the Chief Executive Policy Address, such as the review of oral health schemes for adolescents, demonstrating the impact of their voices.

During these past two years, Lukas has conducted extensive research, visits, field trips, interviews, and both overseas and local tours to enhance his interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Congratulations to Lukas and all the JCEs who have dedicated themselves tirelessly to contribute to the policy address.
