The Guidance Team is delighted to have invited Ms. Rosa Lee, an experienced clinical psychologist from the Department of Health, to deliver a talk to our Form 6 students on the topic of “How to cope with anxiety.” During the session, Ms. Lee shared numerous stress-coping strategies and techniques with the students, aiming to assist them in combating stress and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Students are indeed likely to encounter varying degrees of stress and challenges in their studies. However, it is crucial for them to understand that stress can be effectively relieved by actively seeking ways to address and overcome it. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Lee for delivering an interactive and insightful presentation on coping with stress and anxiety.
