The Guidance Team, Form Teacher Committee, and Music Panel co-organised a mindfulness workshop for our Form 6 students on December 5 and December 12, in collaboration with Yan Oi Tong YES Training Institute. This interactive event incorporated music as a tool for mindfulness, helping students become aware of their physical and mental well-being amidst the pressures of the upcoming DSE exams. Through this creative approach, participants acquired relaxation techniques to manage stress effectively, enhancing their overall well-being during this demanding period. Creating a nurturing space for students to connect with themselves and one another, the workshops were positively received.
