Regarding the F.1 Registration, we would like to remind parents to bring along the following items:

• Student’s S1 Placement Slip issued by the EDB
• Student’s HKID Card
• At least two signed cheques payable to “LSCPTA” (for PTA membership & F.1 Summer Bridging Programme)
• **Copy of student’s HKID card
• **Copy of student’s baptism certificate
• **Copy of address proof

**Please note that parents should prepare the above documents in pdf or jpg or png format, and save them in your own electronic device. These files are to be uploaded directly to the school data management system from your device at the registration counter.

Cash for the purchase of:

• Summer PE uniform (around HK$100)
• School tie & badge (HK$33/set)
• School uniform (shirts & trousers) (optional)
• PTA products (socks, bags, etc.) and other products (optional)

Moreover, please note that we will collect the following personal details on the Registration Days:

• Weight (kg) and height (cm) of the student
• Email address of parents
• Email address of student
• Student’s achievement records of sport competitions

Remarks:

1. Only ONE parent is expected to accompany the student from each family.
2. Parents are encouraged to bring their own mobile device to facilitate the registration.
