La Salle College is home to 1300 students aged 12 to 18. It is the biggest boys’ school in Hong Kong. With the formal inauguration held on 6th January 1932, we celebrated the 90th anniversary in the 2021-22 school year.

The College is shaped by the white rectangular main building standing seven floors high on La Salle Road and the artificial turf football field is surrounded by the 400-metre standard track. Our students are distinguished by long-sleeve white shirts, medium grey trousers and their black striped school ties bearing our school colours - red, purple and white.

Faithful to the Founder of the Christian Brothers and Patron of our school, St John Baptist de La Salle, we call ourselves Lasallian. The mission of our school is the human and Christian education of youth. Members of the Lasallian family also include teachers, parents, and alumni, and they are equally indispensable in guiding our young men in upholding their integrity through the Lasallian core values of faith, service, and community.

Nurturing future leaders with the provision of quality education has always been an essential part of our mission. Apart from achieving academic excellence, we are preparing our graduates to adapt to the ‘VUCA’ world – an emerging social context featured by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. We nurture our students with modern-day skills set such as problem-solving, communication and collaboration capabilities, so that they will be able to meet the fast-paced, uncertain and complex society with their resilience.

Through our school website, you will be able to explore more about the qualities of Lasallians and their achievements, our unique spirit and brotherhood and, most importantly, our Lasallian core values. In addition, you will learn about our wide range of academic programmes and extra-curricular activities which cater for the diverse interests and talents of the boys. Our goal is to make a wealth of opportunities available in developing our talented young men in multiple areas of academics, services, sports and culture.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to our College website.

Warmest regards,
